Speakers for Recording

Doug: Less fatiguing on the ear.

Ethan: It’s much less fatiguing, and that’s another good point. Often, you see people arguing, and I won’t even talk about speakers in the public forums. If somebody says, what speakers should I get for Recording Studio London? I’m thinking of this, this and this. I don’t even get into those because no matter what speaker somebody recommends, there’s going to be three other people that say, that’s a piece of junk.

No matter which speaker somebody says is a piece of junk, there’s going to be three other people saying, oh, that’s a great speaker, like the NS10 is a perfect example. Nobody but nobody, even the people that love NS10s, nobody argues that it’s a great speaker.

Doug: Why do you think there’s such a divergence of opinion?

Ethan: Because everybody has a different room.

Doug: That’s right.

Ethan: And what they’re really hearing and being influenced by . . .

Doug: . . . is the room.
